I thought so. Me too. I have to admit, I've fell asleep more this season than any other. And hey, Paula has a friend this year. I don't know if it's her Sobriety Sister or her Chaparone, but I don't think she ads much to the show. Of course, Paula hasn't been falling down drunk either, so maybe her friend is keeping her somewhat sober.<br /><br />Once again this year, we have some Has-Been-Pro's trying out for the show. I'm still miffed over last year's shows and they way the treated some of the non-professionals like David Archuleta.<br /><br />All I can say is that I hope this year ends up being better than last year. Anyone hear of David Cook since he left <span style="font-weight:bold;">American Idol</span>? FOX has said it expects the dates and places to be announced sometime in June.<br /><br />Most probably it will be around the middle of June. Congratulations to David Cook for winning and congratulations to David Archuleta for giving it a good shot. Many people believe that David Archuleta was bitten by the Simon Cowell curse. It's not too early to look forward to <a href="http://american-idol-season-8.blogspot.com/">Season 8 of American Idol</a>. There'll be some awesome changes coming up. Changes that you're sure to not want to miss.<br /><br />I'm sure there'll be a great line up of contestants. I think half the fun is watching the auditions! You know we can expect several shows from <strong>American Idol</strong> over the kookiest contestants. The even had poor Ronaldo Lupaz up on stage last night. So I guess being bad still pays of in some ways!<br /><br />The <strong>American Idol Season 8</strong> promises to be larger than life and a few new changes to boot. I personally hope they get back to putting the spotlight on the contestants, not on the judges or sponsors! It's a shame that you can remember half of the good contestants name because there are so many commericals or it keeps showing the judges talking about this or that. C'mon, we want to see the contestants perform, not your drunken bickering!
